The unfolding of the dream story starts from a small village in north India, Kheri in Bullandshar district in Uttar Pradesh. A family of Hindu Jats, Sirohi’s have the origin from the Indus Valley who migrated to Sirohi district in Rajasthan and from there, went on to face the challenges of life in different parts of India, a part of the Shatriya sect, they were great horse riders and formed the backbone of the best cavalry. One such family settled in Kheri village, the family head Umrao Singh was in the British Cavalry his son Ganga Prasad joined the police force, his son Bhanwar Singh Sirohi joined the British Army in the second world war and then went on to do his Masters and Ph.D in Engineering from the prestigious University of Maine and Auburn Alabama in the US and worked as a scientist with the top Indian Agricultural Research Institute , his younger brother did a path breaking research in Plant Physiology on south pole, was the first Indian to set foot on south pole, the American Geographical Society has names a point called Sirohi point in South Pole in his honour.

    Rajiv Sirohi, the youngest son of Dr. Bhanwar Singh Sirohi had his early education in US and then went on to do honours graduation from the best science institution, Hansraj College, University of Delhi in 1976 in Botany, one of the favorite students of Dr. T.N.Lakhanpal, and was guided by his elder brother Ajit Singh Sirohi to change over to business management and in 1978 did his Masters in Business Management from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University under the able guidance of his professor and guru late Dr Abrar Ahmad.
